Return and Exchange Policy
Your satisfaction is critical. If you are not 100%
satisfied for any reason, return your GRIPSTORE.COM purchase within 60
days of receipt for a full merchandise credit or refund (refunds do not
include return shipping charges. revenues must be credited back in the same method
as your initial payment).
Returned items must be in original condition, must be
returned with their original packaging, and must have a completed
return/exchange form.
Returns must be made by the customer that made original purchase, and you must
provide your order number (we can usually assist if you provide name and e-mail
address).

Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer
exceptions will only be made in the unlikely event of defective product or
improperly fulfilled orders.
Customers will receive notification via e-mail when returns are processed and a
