Back Ordered Items

While we make every attempt to have most items in stock, we do offer back ordering when our inventory is depleted.

Credit cards are not processed on back ordered items until back ordered items actually ship (ordinarily within fifteen days of your order.)

 

Coupons

Coupons are applied on the "Your Gripstore.com Order" review page. This is the first screen you will see after you select the "Check Out" link.

Towards the bottom of this particular screen you will see a link that reads, "Click Here To Enter A Coupon!"

After selecting this link, a small pop-up window will open.  Use the form within this window to submit your discount information,

 

Currency

All prices shown on the Gripstore.com web site are in U.S. Dollars.

Customers from Canada will be assessed pricing based on the exchange rate in effect at the time of their credit card transaction.

 

Payment Options and Sales Tax

GRIPSTORE.COM accepts Visa, MasterCard, American Express, e-Check, and most Debit Cards.  We do not charge sales tax for items being shipped to U.S. addresses (with the exception of Washington state addresses), which are subject to a sales tax of 8.8 percent.

 

Return and Exchange Policy

Your satisfaction is critical.  If you are not 100% satisfied for any reason, return your GRIPSTORE.COM purchase within 60 days of receipt for a full merchandise credit or refund (refunds do not include return shipping charges.  revenues must be credited back in the same method as your initial payment). 

Returned items must be in original condition, must be returned with their original packaging, and must have a completed return/exchange form

Returns must be made by the customer that made original purchase, and you must provide your order number (we can usually assist if you provide name and e-mail address).

Shipping costs for return items are the responsibility of the customer exceptions will only be made in the unlikely event of defective product or improperly fulfilled orders.

Customers will receive notification via e-mail when returns are processed and a credit is issued.

 

Shipping

Shipping and handling of orders are normally completed on Friday.
Orders of in stock items will ship according to the schedule below (excluding holidays or any carrier imposed shipping/blackout periods).

Shipping Charges
